Acceptable Use - PopPic Studio
1. Scope
This policy applies to prompts, uploads, generated outputs, editing and community publication. PopPic is for lawful design and creation. User instructions, reference images and model switches do not override these rules.
2. Prohibited content
Pornography / NSFW: Explicit sexual acts, sexual exploitation, pornographic generation, and nudifying or sexualizing real-person materials are prohibited.
Violence / gore: Extreme gore, violent threats, encouragement of harm or self-harm, and actionable assistance to inflict harm are prohibited.
Hate: Hateful or dehumanizing content, discriminatory incitement or calls for violence targeting protected groups are prohibited.
Child-unsafe content (CSAM): Sexualization, sexual abuse or sexual exploitation involving minors is strictly prohibited, including synthetic and AI-generated material.
Deepfakes / impersonation: Real-person face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate interactions, and depicting real people as saying or doing things they did not say or do are prohibited, regardless of consent.
Copyright / trademark infringement: Unauthorized reproduction of protected works, characters, brands or marks, counterfeits, false official endorsement and other infringement are prohibited. Be able to substantiate rights to your own brand or licensed materials.
3. Real-person materials and other restrictions
Do not upload another person’s photos or voice without consent. You must hold usage rights and the relevant person’s authorization. Fraud, forged documents, unlawful marketing, evasion of moderation and other unlawful or rights-infringing uses are prohibited.
4. Moderation and enforcement
We automatically review generation prompts and generated outputs, and review community publication. Requests that fail review or cannot be confirmed safe may be blocked or held for review. Decisions, policy versions and human review records are retained. Automated decisions can be wrong; you may appeal.
Actions may include rejecting requests, restricting public visibility, unpublishing works, requesting authorization evidence, and limiting or suspending accounts. Measures depend on the violation and review findings. Permission or rewording does not authorize prohibited content.
5. Reports and appeals
Send reports or appeals to gaojiaqi17135@gmail.com with a work link, task ID and explanation. For copyright reports, include rights ownership and contact details. Do not attach unlawful imagery. We review logs and relevant information, request further details where necessary and respond by email. Child-safety and imminent-harm reports are prioritized.
